Here at Elevate Mental Wellness (EMW), we hope to help you better understand yourself, and your relationships and to help you see patterns that may be causing emotional distress in a safe therapeutic space.

We work with highly ambitious anxious teen girls and women who are tired of overthinking, perfectionism, and self-doubt and deal with poor boundary-setting. We provide therapy to women and teen girls who are feeling anxious all of the time and want to feel more relaxed and confident.

Therapy involves a partnership meaning we will work together to create a treatment plan that fits your needs. Our goal is to make you feel seen, heard, and supported while providing compassionate, approachable therapy that equips you with the proper tools to help create real change. You can expect to be invited into a warm, nonjudgmental, and culturally sensitive environment that allows you to feel understood.

Katrina Leggins is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Owner of Elevate Mental Wellness, a private telehealth therapy practice. Katrina has worked with individuals with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and life challenges for the past decade. Katrina is a mental wellness speaker, writer, content creator, and entrepreneur. She received her Bachelor of Arts and a Masters of Social Work degree from the University of Oklahoma.

She was born and raised in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Katrina knew her God-given purpose was to help people at an early age. She is highly dedicated to serving others, believing that everyone has the opportunity to change when introduced to the proper tools and access to a healthy support system. As an adolescent and young adult, Katrina experienced her own personal trauma and emotional struggles with low self-esteem, anxiety, and depression. With the help of Katrina's faith, therapy, and tapping into her support system, she learned how valuable her life is and has been able to take back control.

She has demonstrated a high level of skill and commitment to working with teens and adults from various backgrounds since 2013, whether in a more formal clinical setting or working more directly in the community and school-based services during her time working in a community mental health agency. Katrina has provided effective therapy and collaborative treatment to individuals and families with various and challenging mental illnesses, helping them overcome personal trauma and other struggles.

When she's not in the office, she loves traveling, watching various tv shows, trying new foods, and spending quality time with her loved ones.
